PREMISE #1: JESUS CHRIST IS
ISRAEL
Jesus/Yeshua is the builder of the tabernacle of David -- He is the great King, both of the temporal and eternal worlds. His supremacy over Jews as well as Gentiles is prophetically seen in Abraham's role as the father of both Ishmael and Isaac, Arabs and Jews. In Christ alone is the pattern of the Old Covenant body realized in His eternal glorious "One Body" -- The Body of Christ, The House of David (Isaiah 22:22) -- the "Israel of God" (Gal 6:15-16).

#2: REJECTION OF ISRAEL
BRINGS DESTRUCTION
There are two sides to the coin of ancient Israel's history. The touch of God upon the pinnacle of Sinai must be balanced against the
touch of God upon the pinnacle of the temple in A.D.70. The first was felt at the formation of the nation, the latter at its dissolution.
It is important to realize that Preterists don't see the fall of Jerusalem
in AD70 as punishment from God for the murder of Christ, as much as the
natural consequence of having rejected him. in other words, the Jewish
nation destroyed itself by rejecting Jesus as Israel.

Jesus said, "about the time and the hour, no one knows. The Son doesn't know nor do the angels know, but only the Father who is in heaven knows the time of the end of the age.
[Though this may have been the case at that time, we know the exact day now. It is called "Tisha B'av" by Jewish people, who most clearly recognize that the second temple age ended in AD70 at the hands of the Romans]

One must realize that Jesus then was a man, and revealed whatever that was revealed to Him. Who is the god of the natural world? The old, natural, temporary and merely typifying Israel was judged in the spring of AD 30 when the new, spiritual and eternal Israel appeared in the moment of Christ's resurrection. The old, Christ-rejecting Israel deserved to be destroyed at that point for rejecting its Savior and King but God granted the nation 40 years of grace prior to its destruction in AD 70. During those 40 years, Satan still ruled over the natural (unsaved) Israelites and their persecution of the spiritual Israelites (the church) continued until the destruction of natural Israel. In the same manner, the old, natural, temporary and merely typifing world was judged in autumn of AD 96 when the new, spiritual and eternal world of Rev. 21 and 22 appeared in the moment of the resurrection of they that were Christ's at his parousia. The old, Christ-rejecting world deserved to be destroyed at that point for rejecting its Savior and King but God granted the world a symbolically described "thousand years" of grace prior to its future destruction, as described in Rev. 20:7-15. During this present period of a "thousand years" Satan still rules over the natural (unsaved) people of the world and their persecution of the people of the spiritual and eternal world will continue until the future destruction of the natural world (not the planet). Preterists (and futurists) just can't see that there were two Israels (one eternal and one doomed) during the 40 years AD 30-70 and two worlds (one eternal and one doomed) during this present "thousand years."

Do you really believe the world in which Christ is enthroned is the old natural world populated by the unregenerate (wicked, violent and corrupt) offspring of the first Adam? "The throne of God and of the Lamb" (Rev. 22:1) is not in heaven "up there" somewhere. It is here, on the earth, the eternal home of the saved remnant of mankind, ever since the prayer of Mt. 6:10 - "thy kingdom come on earth as in heaven" - was answered at Christ's parousia. Mankind's heaven was on earth in the beginning (Gen. 1) and in the day and hour of Christ's parousia the world was re-born and that heaven on earth was spiritually restored - with one matter yet to be attended to. When a person is born again and becomes a new creature in Christ (2 Cor. 5:17) there are, temporarily, two creatures - but time eventually will destroy the old, merely natural creature. Likewise, during this present "thousand years," there are, temporarily, two worlds on the earth but in time, to complete the transition to the situation existing in Gen. 1, that joint occupancy of the planet will end with the destruction of the old, natural world, the Christ-rejecting, natural offspring of Adam and their natural institutions (Rev. 20:7-15).

There is a purple ribbon project that was started in the heavens that is becoming highly commendable. Light poles, trees and churches are being decorated with these purple ribbons. The purple ribbons represent the glorious return of Jesus Christ. The second advent of Christ will be the most wonderful event the world has ever experienced. Matthew 1:23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a

Ok, I too agree that the word "almah" in Is. 7:14 means a real, untouched
virgin by our standards today as you obviously do. Now, the problem is that
the word "virgin" means "virgin" both during the first fulfillment of
Isaiah's prophecy directly to king Ahaz and during Mary's birth of Jesus.
You can't have it meaning "young maiden" in Ahaz's day and "virgin" in
Mary's day...so...who was the male child that was born in Isaiah's day
without a father? See what I'm saying? Since the word is accepted to mean
"virgin," then there MUST be TWO virgin births of male children without a
father and not just one, Jesus. The other was born 700+ years before him, so
